1. During sessions, you are not allowed to drive, lie down, exercise, shop, smoke or vape, or work.
2. Our "Instructor-Led" virtual classes are conducted via Zoom, so it is essential that you have internet access for your scheduled sessions.
3. It is your responsibility to know how to use Zoom and you MUST have a working camera on your device so that you are visible during all virtual sessions.
4. A few days before your class, you will receive the sign-on information via the email you provided during registration.
5. Late arrivals WILL NOT be allowed to join classes after roll call and the start of the session; your fee will be forfeited.
6. Attendance will be verified before and after each session, including breaks, so you must return on time.
7. If you miss a session for any reason, you will need to start over in an upcoming class, beginning with session one, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. No refunds or makeup classes will be offered for missed sessions and no partial credit will be given.
8. For confidentiality reasons, you must be alone in a quiet space during class.
9. Full participation is required in order to receive your certificate.
10. You must dress appropriately for all virtual sessions; sleepwear or revealing clothing is not permitted.
11. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in being unsuccessfully discharged from the class, and your fee will be forfeited.
12. You must complete all assignments and submit them to the instructor as requested.
13. After successfully completing all virtual sessions, you will take a test, and you must achieve a score of 70 or higher to receive your certificate of completion.
