Are these courses State-certified and/or Court Approved?
Yes, the DWI Education, Drug Offender Education, and Alcohol Education Program for Minors are certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. In addition, our courses are approved and accepted by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), courts, probation departments, Children's Protective Services (CPS), employers, and other governmental agencies.
Do you offer online courses?
No. We offer virtual classes via Zoom. You will have a "live" certified instructor and you will receive the same certificate as an in-person class. DON'T BE FOOLED! Online classes are completely different than virtual classes. Online classes are offered by a computer generated program and our virtual classes are offered by a "live" certified instructor.
Are these courses taught by licensed professionals?
All of our instructors are Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, absolutely. We follow and abide by all federal and state laws requiring participant’s confidentiality. Any information you provide will be strictly confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than responding to your individual case and needs. Please refer to our privacy policy.
Do I need to register for a course?
Yes, you can register online or by phone prior to the start of the class. However, we highly recommend that you register for a class as soon as possible to ensure that a spot is available. We specialize in small intimate classes, therefore space is limited and classes can fill up fast.

What types of payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
